By using PredictWorldCup26.com ("PredictWC26", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply every time you visit or play.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and play. By signing in you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
A free game, for fun only
PredictWC26 is a free game made purely for entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, no wagering, no betting, no purchases, and no prizes. Points and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and exist only for bragging rights.
Your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Sign in with your own account, don't share your access with others, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account.
Acceptable use
Play fair. Don't cheat, manipulate scores, create fake or multiple accounts to game the leaderboards, scrape or copy the site's data, or try to disrupt, overload, hack, or break the service for anyone else. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the game.
Intellectual property & affiliation
The PredictWC26 name, design, and original content are ours. PredictWC26 is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any World Cup organizing body. Team names, logos, flags, and player likenesses belong to their respective owners and are used here only to refer to the tournament.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We can't promise the site will always be online, error-free, or that predictions and scores will be perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
